Sandestin has three entrances. Our main gate is the North Gate. The East gate, we try to use for construction vehicles and the South Gate goes to the Gulf of Mexico.

If you own in Sandestin, the first place you'll get to know is the SOA HOME office. You'll come here to pick up your Owners Decal which lets the Security Guards wave you in. You can also pick up an Owners Packet, which tells you all about security,rules and regulations, cable channels, our phone directory, trash pickup, and of course, a warm welcome from the Accounting Department!

Just drive in and come around to the back to find the SOA. Our offices face the Choctawhatchee (chock ta hatchy) Bay and the Grand Sandestin Harbor. This is also a good place to park if you're just visiting and want to take the Boat over to the Marina..
